Etta promises —
- Never to pretend to be human. Every call begins with who — and what — Etta is.
- Never to call without your parent's own consent. They agree before the first call, not after.
- To stop the moment they say stop. "No more calls, thank you" works instantly, on any call.
- Never to sell anything. No offers, no promotions, no sponsored anything. Ever.
- To keep conversations in the family. Summaries go to the people your parent agreed to — no one else.
