Etta promises —

Never to pretend to be human. Every call begins with who — and what — Etta is.
Never to call without your parent's own consent. They agree before the first call, not after.
To stop the moment they say stop. "No more calls, thank you" works instantly, on any call.
Never to sell anything. No offers, no promotions, no sponsored anything. Ever.
To keep conversations in the family. Summaries go to the people your parent agreed to — no one else.
